Aflalo & Gasperini Arquitetos S/C. Ltda, is the successor of Croce, Aflalo & Gasperini Architects Ltda. founded in 1962 by the architects Plinio Croce, Roberto Aflalo and Gian Carlo Gasperini.

Its main associates are the architects Gian Carlo Gasperini, graduated in 1949 from the National Architecture School of The University of Brazil, with a doctorate degree by The Architecture and Urban Planning School of The University of Sao Paulo, Full Professor at The Architecture and City Planning School of The University of Sao Paulo. Luiz Felipe Aflalo Herman, graduated in 1978 from Brás Cubas University and Roberto Claudio dos Santos Aflalo Filho, graduated in 1976 from The Architecture and Urban Planning School of The University of Sao Paulo with a doctorate degree in Architecture by The University of Harvard-USA, Adjunct Professor at the Architecture and Urban Planning School of UNIP.

The Office’s performance is extended throughout the national territory, especially in the State of Sao Paulo, having participated also in projects abroad. Its activity includes Architecture and Urban Planning, including the commercial and service sector, multi-family and single-family residential sector, hotel sector, public and social sector, recreational sector and the industrial sector as well.

The Nature of these activities includes from Research and Restriction Analyses, Programming, Pre-Dimensioning and Physical Planning, to Complete Architectural Project, Renovation Project, Interior Architecture Project, Urban Planning and Landscaping Project, Coordination of Complementary Projects, Inspection and Follow up of Construction Site and Presentation Sketches.

As regards of Urban Planning and Transport System, the office’s performance includes the Coordination of Multi-Subject Study for Planning, the Physical Planning of areas which due to their sizes or special conditions require the elaboration of Director Plans at Urban and Regional Levels, The Occupation Plans and Use of Land, Transport System Studies, Urban Renovation Projects, the elaboration of subsidy for legislation and the Project.
