The building of 15 stories and four underground levels, established on a 2,9 thousand m2 land, occupies the corner of three busy streets in Sao Paulo: Brigadeiro Faria Lima Ave. ,Tabapua and Iguatemi Streets. The organization allowed to obey the limits imposed by the occupational tax and resulted in a volume which states its presence in the region. The outcome is the offer of four office floor models, all of them with balconies distinguished on the facades by the white granite horizontal lines.
